 Players will NEED to bring their birth certificate to verify all players age(s).

All registration location will be held at Fred Poppe Regional Park above concession (near the softball complex).

Filling out the coaches form does not guarantee a position as a dugout parent, coach or an assistant coach.
This form allows us to know who would like help our league.

You will need to pass a background check and hold a NAYS certification per City regulations.
