Board Meetings

1. Only the PBYSA Board will cast votes at Board meetings.
2. Board meetings shall be announced by publication. Future dates will be listed under our Important dates tab, done per season. The President must call at least one (1) Board meeting per month, with a 7 day notice to all members if the original date has changed.
3. Additional Board meetings may be called at the request of a majority of the Board.
4. It shall be the responsibility of all Board Members to attend all Board meetings.
5. A quorum shall consist of seven (7) Board Members, one of which must be the President, Vice President or Secretary.
6. Board meetings shall be open to the membership.  Members may place items on the agenda by submitting a letter by e-mail or in person (no phone calls) requesting such to the President and/or Vice- President at least 72 hours prior to a board meeting.
7. Board Meetings (voting members only) may be closed meetings if deemed necessary. Such meetings should be used sparingly.
